Our facility, located in Paso Robles, CA, has undergone a massive state-of-the-art remodel
We took 17 years’ experience and used it to provide you with:
- The most comfortable, supportive and helpful environment possible, with the highest quality services and technology available
- A multi-chamber oven so each pet is exclusively cremated in his/her own chamber
- A state-of-the-art crematory unit that is more environmentally efficient with little-to-no emissions

Viewing Room
- A comfortable room which provides you, your friends and family a quiet, peaceful environment in order to have some final moments together and to say goodbye to your much-loved animal companion
- It also provides you with a private, safe space to view your beloved animal companion being placed into the crematory chamber
- A chance to see first-hand that your pet is being handled in a dignified way throughout the entire cremation process. Peace of mind is a valuable thing to have; we do everything possible to give you that
- Rest assured, each pet is handled like one of our own by our caring and professional staff
Reception Room
- You can relax and be in a well-designed, quiet, comfortable environment to pre-plan aftercare arrangements for your pet
- This also provides you a quiet, supportive and safe place to drop off and/or pick up animal companion’s cremains
- Many memorial products are displayed, so you can pick out the perfect urn or memorial piece to remember your special friend

Hours
We’re available to take your calls from 9-5, Monday through Friday.
We’re closed Saturday and Sunday.
Our Facility Manager is available for appointments for cremation services Monday through Friday, 9-5.
We may be able to accommodate you and your pet after hours or on weekends; but you must make arrangements with our Facility Manager.
(After hours Fee may apply) Please call directly for an appointment.
Due to the nature of our business, we are personally handling clients at our facility and weekly servicing clients and veterinary hospitals. Therefore, we are on the road a lot and do our best to accommodate your needs.

- Exit RAMADA DRIVE / HWY 46 WEST
- At end of off ramp – TURN RIGHT
- TURN immediate RIGHT onto RAMADA DRIVE
- Continue .7 of a mile to EASY STREET

- Exit RAMADA DRIVE / HWY 46 WEST EXIT
- Turn LEFT toward Ramada Drive
- Go underneath freeway and turn RIGHT onto RAMADA DRIVE

COVID-19 Outbreak Information You Need to Know
Dear Clients,
During this challenging time of COVID-19 Outbreak, we have made some important changes to receiving you and your beloved pets at Eden Memorial Pet Care.
These changes are necessary for the health and well being of each individual and their families. We thank you for your support and understanding as we continue to serve our community and their beloved pets.
Please read and review the necessary steps listed below that we are taking, and that we ask of you when entering the Eden Memorial property/facility.
1. We are unable to receive clients in our reception room and/or viewing room at this time. This is to adhere to the 6-10ft Social Distancing required from the state of CA.
2. We can ONLY accept clients by appointment – no acceptions.
3. Once an appointment has been set, and client is on the property, please call an Eden Representative, and wait in vehicle for further instructions.
4. Clients MUST wait with their beloved pets in their vehicle.
5. Client may remove pet from vehicle and place on cart (awaiting their arrival), or if assistance is needed; client MUST wait in vehicle while staff retrieves the animal from vehicle.
6. All paperwork and payment receipts will be taken over phone prior to arrival, and any copies of paperwork will be left on the cart for client.
7. All pre-planning arrangements and/or memorial products must be purchased online or via phone.
8. Viewings/witnessed cremations are to only be available to clients who have not been ill or from a household where family members are ill.
9. A witnessed cremation must take place outdoors— and viewing from a safe distance using our Multi-chamber Exclusive Crematory Unit in Building #2.
10. Clients may only stand behind yellow caution taped area to witness cremation.
11. All clients and staff must keep 6-10ft distance.
